Huntley Area Lion's "Helen Keller Day"

A celebration of the life of "Helen Keller" She challenged the Lion's Club to become "Knights for the Blind" and this has become on of the club's primary missions. This is a family event to be held in conjunction with the Huntley outdoor farmers market on Saturday June 24, 2023, located in Huntley Square. Free hearing screening for children and diabetic retinopathy screening for adults will be offered. There will be many displays, activities, demonstrations and a visit with "Kiwanna" a guide dog for the blind.
