Position Overview:
The Dala Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Client Service Associate to manage important client paperwork, such as account openings, transfers, and service requests. This role is highly focused on ensuring accuracy and efficiency while providing exceptional support to our clients and advisors. Flexibility is key—while your main focus will be on our clients, you may also assist with other responsibilities as needed, like answering phones or welcoming clients to our office.   • Employment Type: Full-time, W-2, in-office
  • Office Location: Hoffman Estates, IL
  • Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
  • Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience

  • Equipment: Business laptop and iPhone provided

  • Integrity: You value honesty and transparency in all your internal and client interactions.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Paperwork Creation and Management: Prepare, review, process, and track client paperwork (accounts, transactions, etc.) to ensure everything is accurate and complete.
  • Team Support: Work closely to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency. Act as a liaison between advisors and clients to ensure clear communication and address inquiries.
  • Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain organized, up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Adaptability: Embrace changes in processes, technology, and regulations as the firm evolves. Be flexible in working independently and collaborating as part of a team.
  • Client Account Management: Track client paperwork and ensure it aligns with account and transaction details.
  • Advisor Support: Assist advisors with client communication, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
