About Us

The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support, and research. Through local programs, education, advocacy, and support services, we are dedicated to helping those affected by Alzheimer’s and all other forms of dementia. Our signature event, the Walk to End Alzheimer’s®, is the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research—uniting communities to honor those impacted and advance the fight for a world without Alzheimer’s. Join us this fall to walk, raise awareness, and make a difference.

The Walk to End Alzheimer’s isn’t just an event—it’s a powerful, moving experience that brings our community together in hope, honor, and determination. It’s a day filled with purpose, where every step taken and every dollar raised helps fight a disease that touches so many of our loved ones.

When you walk, you're not just walking—you’re standing up for your parent, your grandparent, your friend, your neighbor. You’re showing families facing Alzheimer’s that they’re not alone. You're helping fund critical research and life-changing support.

Whether you’ve personally felt the impact of Alzheimer's or dementia or simply want to be part of something bigger than yourself, the Walk is your chance to make a real difference—and to walk with purpose, surrounded by people who care just as deeply as you do. Join us. Let’s walk for a future without Alzheimer’s.
